Ensure that the items are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags and hygiene seals intact. Please pack the swimwear securely in the original packaging (or similar protective packaging) to avoid damage during transit. - Ship the Return:
Send the package using your preferred shipping method, please ensure a tracked service. For exchanges, we will ship your new item as soon as the return is processed. - International ShipmentsIf you are purchasing from outside the UK, please note you may have customs and duties to pay. SWIMSARA cannot be held responsible for this, so when returning items you must claim this back yourself.
Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange under our 100-day return policy, please ensure the following conditions are met:
- Original Condition: Swimwear must be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all tags and hygiene liners attached.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of swimwear that has been worn, washed, or damaged after purchase. Please try on your swimwear over underwear when testing fit.
