Returns Policy
100-Day No-Quibble Returns
At SWIMSARA, your confidence comes first. We understand that buying swimwear online can sometimes feel uncertain, which is why we proudly offer a 100-day no-quibble returns policy — so you can shop with total peace of mind.
By placing an order with SWIMSARA, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Returns Policy.
Our 100-Day Returns Policy
If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your tan-through swimwear, you may return or exchange eligible items within 100 days of the purchase date.
Our extended returns window gives you ample time to try on your swimwear in the comfort of your home and ensure it’s the perfect fit.
Returns however are not accepted on discontinued pre-orders. If you have pre-ordered an item that is from an old collection then unfortunately we will not be able to refund or return this item as it would have been specially made for your order from any left over fabric.
How to Return or Exchange Your Swimwear
1. Initiate Your Return
To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at hello@swimsara.com within 100 days of receiving your order. You will receive step-by-step instructions on how to proceed.
2. Pack Your Items
Returned items must be:

In their original condition

Unworn and unwashed

With all original tags and hygiene seals intact
Please pack items securely in the original packaging or similar protective packaging to avoid damage during transit.
3. Ship Your Return
Returns must be sent using a tracked shipping service of your choice. SWIMSARA is not responsible for parcels lost in transit.
For exchanges, your replacement item will be dispatched once your return has been received and approved.

We do not currently offer pre-paid return labels. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
To qualify under our 100-day returns policy, the following conditions must be met:

Original Condition: Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and free from marks, stains, fragrance, makeup, or fake tan.

Hygiene: Swimwear must be tried on over underwear.

Within 100 Days: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 100 days of purchase.

Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or proof of purchase must be included.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions.
Sale & Promotional Items

Sale items are eligible for return unless otherwise stated

Exchanges may be limited on sale items

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for refunds and may only be returned for store credit, where applicable
Please refer to product descriptions for any specific exclusions.
International Orders, Customs & Duties
Customers outside the UK may be required to pay customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country.
SWIMSARA is not responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to international orders.
If customs charges are incurred by SWIMSARA when processing a returned international order, these costs may be deducted from the final refund amount.
If a parcel is refused due to unpaid customs charges and returned to us, original shipping costs and return shipping fees will be forfeited from any eligible refund.
Completing your purchase confirms your acknowledgement and acceptance of these responsibilities.
Inspection & Approval
Once your return is received, all items will be inspected upon arrival to ensure they meet our return conditions.
You will be notified via email of the approval or rejection of your return.
Refunds & Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of inspection. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the refund.

Exchanges
Exchanges are offered subject to availability. Once your original item has been received and approved, your replacement will be dispatched.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at hello@swimsara.com.
In these cases, SWIMSARA will cover the cost of return shipping and arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra charge.
