If your chosen product is not in stock, then we lovingly hand make your order which can take approx. 2 weeks. Once your order is ready we will contact you and advise of the delivery date.
If we receive your order before 2pm then we will ship out your order the same day, Monday to Friday. If we receive your order over the weekend then we will ship out on the Monday after the weekend. If you live in the UK then you should receive your order the next day providing there are no hold ups with the Post Office Service.

If your country is not covered please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your address details and we can confirm postage for you. Cancelling your order
If you notify us on the day you have ordered and we have not shipped your order yet, then yes you can cancel your order. Please email your order number and the reason for cancelling to the following email address email@example.com. If we have already shipped your order and you have received a confirmation email advising the same then unfortunately your order is already on its way. If this is the case then you will have to send back your order once you have received your delivery.
Returning your order - 'Love it or Return it' Policy
We want you to absolutely love your purchase and the results from wearing our swimwear, that is why we offer you a no hassle 100 day 'Love it or Return it' policy.
This means that if you have not fallen in love with your swimwear within 100 days of your purchase then you can return your item (minus shipping), hassle free and receive either a refund, an exchange or a gift card towards your next purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must not be damaged in any way and if unworn please do not remove any labels or the hygiene strip.
Please email your order number and the reason for returning to the following address firstname.lastname@example.org. We do not take responsibility for any losses or misplaced parcels so please ensure you use a trackable postal service when returning your items.
The 'Love it or Return it' policy does not cover;
- General wear and tear, improper use or lack of care
- Incorrect usage of item
- Incorrect washing of the garment
- Inappropriate wearing of the garment
- Lost or stolen product
*When trying on your pieces please ensure that you are not wearing creams, fake tan, deodorant or perfume which may leave a scent or marks on the item(s) as this may affect your eligibility for a refund.
To return your product, please email us and we will advise of the return address.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed (minus shipping costs), and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
As we are a small independent business we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for any reason, send us an email at email@example.com
We do not take responsibility for any lost or misplaced parcels via Royal Mail. We use the chosen services because your parcel is insured and tracked, offering security for both you and us. If you have any problems with your delivery please firstly trace the parcel with Royal Mail. If they cannot help then please get in touch and email your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours after expected delivery date so we can help rectify the issue ASAP.
